Device deregistration

Important! Only one customer device can be registered per account. If a customer registers a new device, the old device will be automatically deregistered from the Contis platform.

Contis will also provide a device-deregistration API to the client for optional use.

Confirmation email

When a customer device has successfully deregistered, there is an option for Contis to email the customer to inform them of the successful deregistration. This will be set to ‘off’ as the default, unless the client requests it be set to ‘on’.
