Sandbox – Initial testing
Use the Sandbox environment for development. We frequently patch new code releases and update the Sandbox environment to provide better service for our customers, which may result in occasional downtime.
Before using the Sandbox environment, you must set up a secure FTP and whitelist your IP address with Contis. Click here to learn more.
If you have already set up a secure FTP and whitelist IP address, you can connect to the Sandbox via:

Production – Live
Use the Production environment to run your live system. In Production, you can make code changes using Urgent Hot Fixes. Disaster Recovery is also available in this environment.
Note: The VPN connection for Production environment requires a dedicated ‘live’ connection.
